CVJournal Fields
This function allows you to specify the fields to be kept and displayed. You can keep more fields in the database then you display. You can also change the fields at any time without affecting the data already in the database.
Standard Fields
Ø These are the fields that are included with CVJournal. You can use any number of them. To keep or display a field, the cell for that field must be green. Click on a cell to turn green to red or vice-versa.
Ø Some of these fields (Internet, Software, Bonus, Withdrawn & Paid) are designed for Internet casinos.
Custom Fields
Ø You can add up to ten fields of your own. As with Standard Fields, to keep or display a field, the cell for that field must be green. Click on a cell to turn green to red or vice-versa.
Ø You will need to provide a name for any fields that you add. Simply type it in the provided space.
Ø You can also specify a field type and summary instruction in the far right column. Text indicates that this is a text field. Blank indicates that the field is numeric, but the second row in the Journal display will remain blank. Sum, Average, Minimum and Maximum indicate that the selected operation will be performed on the sessions selected for display in the Journal and the results placed in the second row.
Calculated Fields
Ø Up to four additional fields can be displayed that use other fields in calculations. If the needed data does not exist, a zero will be displayed.
