CVJournal Select
Use this screen to select a subset of sessions for display and charting. There are two selection methods:
Simple Select
Ø You can enter a date selection and/or a field selection. For a date selection, enter from and/or to date(s). Dates can be in most any recognizable form. Only sessions in the specified date range will be displayed.
Ø For Field selection, click on the down arrow to specify a field. Only the list of fields selected on the Fields page will be displayed. (Sorry, at this time searching on user-defined fields is not supported.) Select =, > or <. Type in a value. For example Casino = MGM will only display sessions at the MGM. Won > 0 will only display winning sessions.
Complex Select
This is designed for programmers; but non-programmers can give it a shot. You cannot harm the data. In this field, you can enter complex combination searches. Dates must be enclosed in # signs and text in quotes. Following are some examples of valid searches:
o Casino = ‘MGM’ and Player = ‘John’ and Minutes > 60
o Date > #apr 1# and date < #12/1#
o Not Internet and (Won > 50 or Won < -50) and Decks < 6
