Running Count Drills

Next, we try the Running Count Drills. These drills are the same as the Quick Counting Drills, except that you will be tested as the cards are dealt. Select Running Count and a resolution of 8 cards. Approximately every 8 cards you will be asked for the running count. At the end, you will receive a score based on speed and accuracy. These scores are kept, and separate charts can be displayed for each drill to measure your progress. Two speed controls are used in these drills, deal speed and test speed. The first controls the speed at which the cards are flashed. The second controls the time available to respond to the tests.

Note: On the main Drills screen, you will find a General Options button. Click to change several overall drill options including four methods of responding to tests.

There exist many more Counting Drills, but these are for advanced techniques not used by REKO.
