The OK Unbalanced Level 1 Strategy
The KO Strategy is contained in the book Knock-Out Blackjack--The
Easiest Card Counting System Ever Devised by Olaf Vancura and Ken
Fuchs. This strategy (I will call OK for lack of a better name) is quite
similar but has different index values, categories and betting ramps.
It will be easier for some people because it has two index categories
instead of three and one fewer index. The strategy performs nearly identically
to KO with the same betting ramps. I have also included betting ramps
that I think result in better performance than KO. For those interested,
the strategy is as follows:

Cards 2-7: +1, 8 & 9: 0, Ten & Ace: -1
The Initial Running Counts are 0, -4, -12, -20 & -28 for 1, 2,
4, 6 & 8 decks respectively.

There are two groups of indexes:

Group 1 index value is always +4 Group 2 index values are 2, 0, -3, -6
and -10 for 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 decks respectively.
Insurance is always +3
Note: The last five indexes in Group 2 (13v2, 13v3, 12v4, 12v5 and 12v6)
are only used in single and double deck games.

These tables are units bet for each running count. You need to decide
your own maximum bet and level off your betting at that point.
