risk since he can replenish his bankroll from his day job. Three sample combinations are provided: 20% risk of losing a $5K bankroll, 2% and $10K, and 0.25% and $100K. Ø For each bankroll/risk combination, unit size and expected win rate per 100 hands are provided. If the unit size is $10 and the spread is 1:8, this means you will be betting $10 to $80 using an optimal betting ramp. Without optimal betting, the win rate and risk will not be as good. Ø Note: oddball unit sizes rounded to $1 are provided for accuracy. In a casino, you will round the unit sizes to reasonable chip sizes. Ø Each pair of pages provides a chart. This chart depicts the SCOREs for all penetration for the three strategies assuming the middle of the three bet spreads. You will notice that strategies perform differently depending on penetration and rules. Sometimes Hi-Lo outperforms REKO, and sometimes REKO outperforms Hi-Lo. FELT generally outperforms the other two, even though it has compromise indexes, because it is a level II strategy. REKO performs well against Hi-Lo even though Hi-Lo is true-counted and uses real indexes. Notes: Ø Finding a set of tables can be difficult since half of the tables have been removed and placed on the web. Therefore, you will find an index to these tables at the end of the tables — Page 343. Ø In you are reading a black and white version of this document, the charts will be difficult to read. Use the web location below each chart for a color version. Also, the color coding will be somewhat difficult.
