Norm,

I believe that for 7,7 vs. 10, BS should say Early Surrender, and your table of page 264 doesn't show this. Is this correct?

Yes, as covered on page 58. Although it might be worth mentioning again.

OK, I agree that is worth mentioning it on page 264 (and on page 266 for FELT too).

The following was already discussed, but I can't understand it yet: if the table on page 264 (and page 266 too) reads ENHC, is it correct to include indices for LS knowing that there's no LS in these kind of games?

Sorry for my insistence.

Mike

Actually, the only reason I left out the 77 row is that it didn't fit on the print version of the book.I'm decreasing the margins.

LS does exist in most ES10 games.

OK with the margin problem!

So the procedure with LS in an ENHC game should be following: you play your hand and if you don't bust the dealer checks for BJ, if it doesn't exist then the dealer offers you the LS?

The procedure varies. Normally with ES10, you surrender any hand with dealer 2-10 up normally. If you surrender with an ace up, the dealer places a lammer (special chip) on your bet. The bet is settled after the dealer draws a hole card.
